A Study in Confinement (En studie i instängdhet), a newly composed piece of chamber music drama, will premiere on Saturday, Oct. 25 2014, in Fångtornet, Malmöhus slott, Malmö.
It is a theatrical chamber performance featuring precomposed and improvised material related to the themes confinement, captivity and imprisonment. Five musicians (recorder, trombone, soprano, percussion, viola) embody characters representing different aspects of the theme. Three performances will be given, at 1.00 pm, 2.15 pm and 3.30 pm.
